Account verification · clearwaterrp.com

One sign-in links your Discord and Roblox.

Clearwater Roleplay verifies your Roblox account through Roblox's official sign-in — no passwords, no extensions, nothing to install. Verify once and the community's systems recognize you everywhere.

How it works

Three steps. About thirty seconds.

The whole flow runs from inside Discord and finishes on Roblox's own servers. You never type a password here.

01

Run /verify in Discord

In our Discord, run /verify. The bot sends you a one-time link, just for you.

02

Sign in with Roblox

Roblox asks to share your username and avatar — that's all. The sign-in happens on Roblox's own servers.

03

You're verified

The Verified role lands automatically and your nickname syncs to your Roblox username.

What we keep

The smallest possible footprint.

Verification stores three things and nothing else. No password ever touches this site — Roblox handles that on their end.

Exactly what's stored

Your Discord ID, your Roblox ID and username, and a timestamp. That's the entire record — no email, no inventory, no friends list.

Single-use, 10 minutes

Each link the bot sends is good once and expires after ten minutes. The OAuth cookies clear themselves the moment verification finishes.

Unlink whenever

Run /unlink in Discord to delete the record, or revoke access from your Roblox account settings. No support ticket required.

Common questions

Before you sign in.

No. Sign-in happens entirely on Roblox's servers through their official OAuth flow. We only receive the username and avatar you agree to share on Roblox's consent screen — never your password, email, or payment details.
The /verify command issues a single-use link tied to your Discord account, and it expires after ten minutes. If yours runs out, just run /verify again for a fresh one.
Three values: your Discord ID, your Roblox ID and username, and the time you verified. We don't store OAuth tokens after the request completes, and we never share the record for advertising.
Run /unlink in our Discord to delete your link record, or revoke the app from your Roblox account settings at any time.
No. Clearwater Roleplay is a community project and is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. It's a third-party utility built on Roblox's public OAuth 2.0 APIs.
